overall the experience with the apartment is very good. The biggest thing is that it is a bit pricey to live here and it can be ticky tack with additional expenses like valet trash. However, the facilities are super nice and taken care of, super pet friendly, neighbors are great, great neighborhood, and super responsive and welcoming staff!

Enjoyable resident events each month! Staff is great and responds to requests and questions fast and effectively. Snow removal happens for each snow fall. The apartments are new with nice appliances and amenities.

Everything is awesome. The valet trash, gym, community room, the parties eastpark throws for residents, the dog wash station & park, plus underground parking. All of the staff is friendly but Ashley is seriously the sweetest/best. Her kindness and energy she has goes a long way for us.

I just moved in to Eastpark, my experience with the management team was great. Due to the distance, I needed to make a decision without visiting the building but they offered me a virtual tour first and showed all the amenities and unit thoroughly. They were responsive on any questions that I have and made my moving seamless and easy.

I really like everything about this community. It’s clean, safe, and conveniently located. However, some things could be improved. For example, the gate system could be made quieter. My apartment is located above the gates, and sometimes I wake up from the noise of them opening and closing. I've heard that replacing the chain with rubber could significantly reduce the noise. Another issue is the trash collection schedule. Sometimes they arrive before 6 a.m., but more often it’s around 6 a.m. The truck is very loud, and the sound of the container being handled is even worse. What’s surprising is that we have a quiet hours rule in place until 7 a.m., yet it doesn’t seem to apply to trash collection. If I haven’t already woken up before the truck arrives, it definitely wakes me up when it does.

The facilties are nice and clean. The neighborhood has some great walking paths. The maintenance crew is responsive and helpful. Small improvements would be adding more doggy bag dispensers around the property and a nicer quality dishwasher.

I and my wife are so exciting to live here! Since we moved from Chicago I forget about loud noise, old buildings, traffic, small places outside (balcony for example) and long distances to get something we’re have here as amenities. So many dogs here and green areas for them. Amazing pub just across the street!!! And it’s still 5 min to Costco. I guess everyone can find something perfect here… PS we even have small smart home system here!

Great experience from the leasing team! However, enforcement of the rules (i.e., no smoking and quiet hours) needs to increase. Some neighbors don’t follow these rules and constantly smoke in their apartments and common spaces outside of the club house.

❤️ to stay in east park , I am staying here from past one year, I love the office suites , gym which I use on regular basis. Beautiful club house. The community is 2 min walk to qwik trip, kinder care ,bright horizons school and 5 min drive to woodmans , Costco , target. The staff Nick and Ashley is very friendly and work orders are resolved and closed swiftly, they quickly clean the snow ❄️ during winter and keep the community very clean all the time. I highly recommend staying at east park, you will definitely love staying at east park.

Moved in a week or so ago. So far things have been nice. We did have some neighbors playing louder music but they turned it off by 9pm. The dogs barking at the dog park can be noisy. The apartment grounds are clean, I like the amenities and resident events.

Ashley gave us a tour and was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and helpful with any questions we had. Nick was very speedy with his responses and helpful with my questions as well. Ashley's Zoom tour exceeded expectations, and the apartment was even better in person—well-constructed with natural light and modern appliances. Despite application issues, Ashley and Nick were incredibly supportive, with Nick going above and beyond to help. The move-in was smooth, with organized documents for facility use. Ashley and Nate were awesome on the move in. Some mechanical issues with the building common with new build that were addressed quickly. There is too much salt thrown on the sidewalks around the dog park that is not dog friendly.

The amenities provided here are nothing short of outstanding. The well-maintained pool and fitness center are my personal favorites. The communal spaces are always clean, and the landscaping is beautifully done, creating a pleasant atmosphere for all residents.

Fantastic staff and great services. The floors could be carpeted for loud residents who stomp around in the midnight/early morning hours. But overall great place.

Love my apartment, the amenities, and the staff. Wish we had a hot tub, coffee bar, and 2 elevators (one on each end of the building) instead of on in the middle.

Eastpark Apartments and its staff are amazing! The amenities available are top notch and the staff is super friendly and responsive! The resident events are just the cherry on top! So much fun and gives you an opportunity to get to know your neighbors!

I moved from out of state back to Madison recently. Nick, Ashley and Scott were more than exceptionally helpful with every detail and making sure I had what I needed regarding a cross state move back to Madison. I can’t express in a review or words how much they helped me along the way, the grace and patience shown toward me made a big move smooth. I’m especially thankful that there is great staff that demonstrates that they actually care about what you care about and will go beyond to make sure you are happy. I’m so happy to be home at Eastpark and for all the help I got along the way!

Very modern-day, clean, quiet area. The staff here is friendly and most helpful. Apartments are well-made with complementing color schemes. The amenities offered are in good condition and have a nice variety.

Nice place to stay, I love east park apartments, it has good facilities and the management is very good. These are brand new apartments , everything is very well organized. I like the amenities of the clubhouse and Gym, the equipment in the gym is modern. I am very much attached to east park now.
