Love living at east park, the amenities are the best! Though I do wish the garage had been at least swept or power washed out this summer. My old complex did that yearly and it was nice to have a clean garage area after all of the dirt and salt got brought in the winter.

They make moving in and getting everything set extremely effortless. We sent in our application and were approved within the same day. They gave us an organized folder as soon as we got there to move in with detailed and helpful information. All this to not even mention how cool new sweet and clean all the apartment complex’s and the leasing office are. The employees are also super helpful and easy to work with. Ryan is the best too!

I’ve been living here for a while now and overall it’s been a comfortable experience. The location is convenient, with easy access to shops, transportation, and everyday essentials. The apartment itself is well-maintained, with good natural light and a functional layout. Management is generally responsive to maintenance requests, and the building stays fairly quiet. There’s still room for improvement in areas like parking availability and occasional noise from neighbors, but overall it’s been a pleasant place to call home.

It's been 4 days since I moved in. This is a newer apartment complex, everything looks good. Just like any apartment complex, you'll have to deal with upstairs making too much noise. But other than that, I'm very pleased.

We have had a pleasant experience so far but I find the app to be very confusing to navigate. I hope this will get easier as time goes on. The office tool my phone to pay our balance, but it is still saying I owe, so they are supposed to get back to me on that. We did have an issue on move in day with the balcony screen door. I used the app to put in a service request and that was completed the very next day. I will find out this weekend if it works properly. I like the back door on level 1 to let our furry tenant out easily as opposed to the long walk to the front door, but there are no dog waste bags or trash on that side of the complex, so we have to bring in the waste and dispose of it later. We were told the pool was heated, but it is still a bit chilly, especially for small children. Pet waste trash was out of the containers and on the grass which I found a bit unsightly for the price we are paying and on one side of our building the red brick is turning white. Construction woe

overall the experience with the apartment is very good. The biggest thing is that it is a bit pricey to live here and it can be ticky tack with additional expenses like valet trash. However, the facilities are super nice and taken care of, super pet friendly, neighbors are great, great neighborhood, and super responsive and welcoming staff!

Due to the distance, I needed to make a decision without visiting the building but they offered me a virtual tour first and showed all the amenities and unit thoroughly. They were responsive on any questions that I have and made my moving seamless and easy.

I really like everything about this community. It’s clean, safe, and conveniently located. However, some things could be improved. For example, the gate system could be made quieter. My apartment is located above the gates, and sometimes I wake up from the noise of them opening and closing. I've heard that replacing the chain with rubber could significantly reduce the noise. Another issue is the trash collection schedule. Sometimes they arrive before 6 a.m., but more often it’s around 6 a.m. The truck is very loud, and the sound of the container being handled is even worse. What’s surprising is that we have a quiet hours rule in place until 7 a.m., yet it doesn’t seem to apply to trash collection. If I haven’t already woken up before the truck arrives, it definitely wakes me up when it does.

I and my wife are so exciting to live here! Since we moved from Chicago I forget about loud noise, old buildings, traffic, small places outside (balcony for example) and long distances to get something we’re have here as amenities. So many dogs here and green areas for them. Amazing pub just across the street!!! And it’s still 5 min to Costco. I guess everyone can find something perfect here… PS we even have small smart home system here!

Great experience from the leasing team! However, enforcement of the rules (i.e., no smoking and quiet hours) needs to increase. Some neighbors don’t follow these rules and constantly smoke in their apartments and common spaces outside of the club house.

❤️ to stay in east park , I am staying here from past one year, I love the office suites , gym which I use on regular basis. Beautiful club house. The community is 2 min walk to qwik trip, kinder care ,bright horizons school and 5 min drive to woodmans , Costco , target. The staff Nick and Ashley is very friendly and work orders are resolved and closed swiftly, they quickly clean the snow ❄️ during winter and keep the community very clean all the time. I highly recommend staying at east park, you will definitely love staying at east park.

Moved in a week or so ago. So far things have been nice. We did have some neighbors playing louder music but they turned it off by 9pm. The dogs barking at the dog park can be noisy. The apartment grounds are clean, I like the amenities and resident events.

Great new construction complex with spacious floor plans. Excited about the amenities like the clubhouse, pool, gym and dog park! The leasing process was easy with the expert knowledge of the staff.

I don’t usually write reviews unless something was outstanding. This experience has been nothing less than that. My girlfriend and I recently decided to move into Eastpark Apartments after our great experience with Nick & Ashley. Ashley gave us a tour and was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and helpful with any questions we had. Nick was very speedy with his responses and helpful with my questions as well. Overall 10/10 experience and recommend anyone to move here.

So far I have had a great experience. Moving was a breeze and the staff have been extremely helpful.I love all the amenities, exercise room, heated swimming pool. The apartment is a bit smaller than we would have hoped for, but it is very nice and cozy. Huge balcony

Nice place to live with helpful and supportive staff. New apartments with great appliances in addition to common facilities that are kept nice and clean. The location is great - close to stores, restaurants, and major roads to take you in or out of the Madison area. I enjoy the implementation of community involvement events/activities and appreciate the respectful tone set by the current community members.

I recently moved to Madison, WI for work and discovered EastPark Apartment's virtual tours. Ashley's Zoom tour exceeded expectations, and the apartment was even better in person—well-constructed with natural light and modern appliances. Despite application issues, Ashley and Nick were incredibly supportive, with Nick going above and beyond to help. The move-in was smooth, with organized documents for facility use. Cleanliness and communication here are top-notch. Highly recommend EastPark for its quality and service.

Living in East Park Apartments is wonderful! It's peaceful, quiet, and the staff is understanding and quick to address any concerns. The place is clean, and safety measures, like fire alarms, vents and everything else are always up to date, making it a safe and pleasant place to call home and they always have fun things to do as a community .

Very quiet, peaceful, and very clean. I love the nice convenient features the apartment complex comes with like valet trash as I've never had something like that before. It's nice to not go out in the cold or deal with bugs outside. I hate bugs.

Ashley and Nate were awesome on the move in. Some mechanical issues with the building common with new build that were addressed quickly. There is too much salt thrown on the sidewalks around the dog park that is not dog friendly.

Great office and maintenance staff! The clubhouse is large, spacious, and very functional. I used it for a team meeting, and it was very comfortable. The exercise room and pool are perfect.

I’m very happy that I chose Eastpark. The apartment complex is extremely nice and the staff are very helpful. The maintenance staff is great. You can expect them to respond to any maintenance issues really quickly- sometimes even the same day.

Management is pretty cool. Helped us out tremendously!! Very clean living, what actual luxury apartment living is like. Dog park and bath is a bonus. Clean grill area is the best part.

The leasing process was smooth, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout. The only reason I'm not giving a perfect 5-star rating is that there have been a few minor issues with valet trash, but that's somewhat expected in a multi-unit complex. Overall, I'm satisfied with my decision to move here, and I would recommend your apartments to others looking for a convenient and comfortable living space.

Overall I am pretty pleased with East Park! The only complaint I have is that the construction starts before 7am, and it can be pretty noisy.

We really love the amenities here! I enjoy the heated pool, he loves the gym, and we both have fun playing pool and watching the games with a few drinks in the clubhouse. Best is the business center private offices for working from home- can’t find this anywhere else!

I moved from out of state back to Madison recently. Nick, Ashley and Scott were more than exceptionally helpful with every detail and making sure I had what I needed regarding a cross state move back to Madison. I can’t express in a review or words how much they helped me along the way, the grace and patience shown toward me made a big move smooth. I’m especially thankful that there is great staff that demonstrates that they actually care about what you care about and will go beyond to make sure you are happy. I’m so happy to be home at Eastpark and for all the help I got along the way!
