I just moved in to Eastpark, my experience with the management team was great. Due to the distance, I needed to make a decision without visiting the building but they offered me a virtual tour first and showed all the amenities and unit thoroughly. They were responsive on any questions that I have and made my moving seamless and easy.

I really like everything about this community. It’s clean, safe, and conveniently located. However, some things could be improved. For example, the gate system could be made quieter. My apartment is located above the gates, and sometimes I wake up from the noise of them opening and closing. I've heard that replacing the chain with rubber could significantly reduce the noise. Another issue is the trash collection schedule. Sometimes they arrive before 6 a.m., but more often it’s around 6 a.m. The truck is very loud, and the sound of the container being handled is even worse. What’s surprising is that we have a quiet hours rule in place until 7 a.m., yet it doesn’t seem to apply to trash collection. If I haven’t already woken up before the truck arrives, it definitely wakes me up when it does.

The facilties are nice and clean. The neighborhood has some great walking paths. The maintenance crew is responsive and helpful. Small improvements would be adding more doggy bag dispensers around the property and a nicer quality dishwasher.

Over the past six months, I’ve enjoyed every single moment at East Park. This summer has been amazing, especially with the beautiful amenities like the pool. I and my wife are so exciting to live here! Since we moved from Chicago I forget about loud noise, old buildings, traffic, small places outside (balcony for example) and long distances to get something we’re have here as amenities. So many dogs here and green areas for them. Amazing pub just across the street!!! And it’s still 5 min to Costco. I guess everyone can find something perfect here… PS we even have small smart home system here!

Great experience from the leasing team! However, enforcement of the rules (i.e., no smoking and quiet hours) needs to increase. Some neighbors don’t follow these rules and constantly smoke in their apartments and common spaces outside of the club house.

The unit is nice and I don’t hear my neighbors. It would be nice to have a completely covered balcony. There is a lot of dog poop around the complex too, maybe 1 or 2 more stations would be nice.

❤️ to stay in east park , I am staying here from past one year, I love the office suites , gym which I use on regular basis. Beautiful club house. The community is 2 min walk to qwik trip, kinder care ,bright horizons school and 5 min drive to woodmans , Costco , target. The staff Nick and Ashley is very friendly and work orders are resolved and closed swiftly, they quickly clean the snow ❄️ during winter and keep the community very clean all the time. I highly recommend staying at east park, you will definitely love staying at east park.

Moved in a week or so ago. So far things have been nice. We did have some neighbors playing louder music but they turned it off by 9pm. The dogs barking at the dog park can be noisy. The apartment grounds are clean, I like the amenities and resident events.

My girlfriend and I recently decided to move into Eastpark Apartments after our great experience with Nick & Ashley. Ashley gave us a tour and was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and helpful with any questions we had. Nick was very speedy with his responses and helpful with my questions as well. Overall 10/10 experience and recommend anyone to move here.

Ashley's Zoom tour exceeded expectations, and the apartment was even better in person—well-constructed with natural light and modern appliances. Despite application issues, Ashley and Nick were incredibly supportive, with Nick going above and beyond to help. The move-in was smooth, with organized documents for facility use. Ashley and Nate were awesome on the move in. Some mechanical issues with the building common with new build that were addressed quickly. There is too much salt thrown on the sidewalks around the dog park that is not dog friendly.

My experience living in East Park has been exceptional. The community offers a welcoming and friendly atmosphere that makes it easy to connect with neighbors and feel a sense of belonging. The amenities provided, such as the well-maintained swimming pool and fitness center, have greatly contributed to my overall satisfaction. The management team is responsive and attentive, promptly addressing any concerns.

It’s only been ONE day but so far, I’m a fan. The staff have gone out of their way to make sure that I had everything I needed. Looking forward to living my best life at Eastpark Apartments.

I’ve only been living here for a week but everything has been absolutely phenomenal. The staff was very accommodating for an immediate move in and was able to get me to move in within 2 days of applying.

Nice place to stay, I love east park apartments, it has good facilities and the management is very good. These are brand new apartments , everything is very well organized. I like the amenities of the clubhouse and Gym, the equipment in the gym is modern. I am very much attached to east park now.

Everything has been great and the mangers are super nice as well, places were looking spotless when we moved it and everything is very smooth

Eastpark is such a great place to live, the staff is amazing, they are responsive and helpful! The amenities are amazing! The construction team is super respectful about keeping the noise to a minimum during non business hours!
