Luxury Apartments East Madison, WI

I don’t usually write reviews unless something was outstanding. This experience has been nothing less than that. My girlfriend and I recently decided to move into Eastpark Apartments after our great experience with Nick & Ashley. Ashley gave us a tour and was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and helpful with any questions we had. Nick was very speedy with his responses and helpful with my questions as well. Overall 10/10 experience and recommend anyone to move here.

I really enjoy it here. The amenities are great and when you need help with anything, they are quick to email back! It’s also close to a lot which makes it very convenient.

Nice place to live with helpful and supportive staff. New apartments with great appliances in addition to common facilities that are kept nice and clean. The location is great - close to stores, restaurants, and major roads to take you in or out of the Madison area. I enjoy the implementation of community involvement events/activities and appreciate the respectful tone set by the current community members.

I recently moved to Madison, WI for work and discovered EastPark Apartment's virtual tours. Ashley's Zoom tour exceeded expectations, and the apartment was even better in person—well-constructed with natural light and modern appliances. Despite application issues, Ashley and Nick were incredibly supportive, with Nick going above and beyond to help. The move-in was smooth, with organized documents for facility use. Cleanliness and communication here are top-notch. Highly recommend EastPark for its quality and service.

Living in East Park Apartments is wonderful! It's peaceful, quiet, and the staff is understanding and quick to address any concerns. The place is clean, and safety measures, like fire alarms, vents and everything else are always up to date, making it a safe and pleasant place to call home and they always have fun things to do as a community .

The whole leasing experience was seamless and stress-free! The leasing agent answered any concerns or questions and was so friendly and welcoming! I love the apartment and all of the amenities offered!

Very quiet, peaceful, and very clean. I love the nice convenient features the apartment complex comes with like valet trash as I've never had something like that before. It's nice to not go out in the cold or deal with bugs outside. I hate bugs.

East Park Apartments is a lovely place to live and work, we love this as our first home away from our earlier home in India, Ashley, Nick & Scott worked hard to make it a breeze for us to move in!!

Excellent service from Nick and Ashley. They were both very helpful during the leasing process. Emails were responded to very quickly and prevented a lot of delays.

Great office and maintenance staff! The clubhouse is large, spacious, and very functional. I used it for a team meeting, and it was very comfortable. The exercise room and pool are perfect.

Staff is amazing! The apartments are super clean and nice. Love the amenities available! Having the valet trash pick up service is a life saver!!

I’m very happy that I chose Eastpark. The apartment complex is extremely nice and the staff are very helpful. The maintenance staff is great. You can expect them to respond to any maintenance issues really quickly- sometimes even the same day.

Management is pretty cool. Helped us out tremendously!! Very clean living, what actual luxury apartment living is like. Dog park and bath is a bonus. Clean grill area is the best part.

It’s the best place I have ever lived in!I loved the pool a the putting green it is so nice to come homeward and jump in the pool! I can’t wait for it too open next’s year

I love the amenities and the dog park! I work from home from time to time and they have designated offices for this exact need as well!! Apartments feel very homey and welcoming as well!
